Isabella Gallucci is a 22-year-old entrepreneur born and raised in Windsor, Ontario. Isabella is a resilient and driven individual, who started her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 19 when she was accepted into the Student Works Management Program. This allowed her to start her own Home Service Franchise here in the Windsor/Essex community.

Isabella is passionate about servicing her community, specifically students and young adults, as she has seen first hand how our economy has recently affected students and the working class over the last 4 years. Isabella employs hardworking Students who are enrolled full-time in school and are looking to gain coaching and development in; training and managing, recruiting and interviews, sales, time management, communication and public speaking, and so many more invaluable skills. While providing students with growth opportunities, her franchise also provides students financial opportunities to go towards paying their tuition, rent, and other expenses they face as young adults enrolled in school.

Isabella has dedicated the last 4 years of her life to serving not only her Windsor community, but her fellow students and young entrepreneurs by giving them an opportunity to learn management, sales and starting a business of their own.

This is why Isabella is proudly representing Community Futures Essex County. Community Futures Essex County is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing business financing and counseling to entrepreneurs in the Essex Community. This organization aligns with Isabella’s values of education and servicing entrepreneurs as they provide support and guidance for the specific challenges that the local market faces, as well as hands-on assistance with loans and application processes. Isabella believes that every business deserves the opportunity to receive guidance and financial assistance. In her experience, most entrepreneurs are not aware that there are local resources that are there to assist them grow and scale their business. Isabella is determined to contribute to the well-being and empowerment of young entrepreneurs.

As she continues her entrepreneurial journey, Isabella is not merely accumulating knowledge but is actively working on becoming an even better role model and leader to her business partners, employees, family, friends and her community. As she continues to learn and grow, she hopes to keep making a positive impact in her community and bring even more opportunities to young entrepreneurs!
