Cassia Lynn Di Menna

Cassia Di Menna is a 20-year-old student who is about to enter her last year of Office Administration Executive at St. Clair College. She enjoys having her education at the college, locally in Windsor, and has high intentions of graduating, and using that education to help her family’s business within the office setting. She currently stands as a proud certified lifeguard, and swim instructor to help protect the public from the waters, and educate those upon water safety, as well as her passion for teaching anyone at any age to learn how to swim and meet their desired goals. A big accomplishment that Cassia has conquered recently within this year, was taking the next bigger step with her lifeguarding career, which was to become a certified advanced instructor that involves teaching the Canadian National Lifeguard course for those who wish to train and become a lifeguard, and to teach standard first aid for those who want to become certified in the highest first aid certification.

One organization that means the world to Cassia is the Royal Canadian Lifesaving Society. As for someone like Cassia who tragically lost a family member in a water-related situation, she would like to step up and support the organization that works to prevent drowning, other water-related injuries, swim to survive with the elementary schools, and help educate the importance of water safety.

Cassia started doing pageants 3 years ago as she likes to try new things and thought of giving it a shot. She realized that pageants are more than just a competition. It was about being able to engage in activities that involve teamwork, gaining more confidence, being there and supporting everyone together, and communicating and meeting new people. It’s about being part of a memorable sisterhood.

With the title of Miss Tecumseh, Cassia plans on inspiring those to learn and engage in water-related activities, promoting body wellness by healthier eating and other physical activities, being a role model for the young, volunteering for events and charities, and representing the pageant of Miss Tecumseh to inspire new girls who wish to be part of the local pageant sisterhood, just like she did.
